Fees and Billing
Our Fees
We know that dental costs are always a concern for families. Therefore we follow the Alberta Dental Fee Guide in order to make dental services more affordable for our patients. This fee guide is suggested and not mandatory for dental offices but many insurance companies are basing plan coverage on fees and codes within this guide.
The Alberta Dental Association and the provincial government have came up with an Alberta Fee Guide with the goal of improving transparency and dental costs for the families in Alberta. The fee guide can be found online here: https://www.alberta.ca/dental-fees.aspx
Fast and Convenient Insurance Claims
We accept assignment of dental benefits (i.e. direct billing) for most insurance companies, so you have less to worry about when visiting us.
Insurance policies vary widely and your coverage cannot be guaranteed. We can however send out pre-treatment estimates on your behalf in order to advise you what is covered under you plan.
Flexible Payment Options
We accept cash, debit, VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. Payment of any remaining balance after insurance claims is required at the time of service. We may require a down payment on certain services of which you will be advised.
